Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Amery Designs. This Refund and Returns Policy explains your rights if you change your mind, receive a damaged or faulty item, or experience a problem with your order.
Amery Designs is operated by Amery Publishing Ltd, trading as Amery Designs.

Cancelling an Order
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, depending upon the type of product purchased and the law applicable to your order.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at orders@amerydesigns.com as soon as possible.
If production or fulfilment has not yet begun, we will also try to stop the order before it is dispatched.
Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
Returns
Where you have a legal right to cancel your purchase, you should notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
After notifying us, you will normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Returned products should be unused, in their original condition and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.
Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
Do not return products directly to a print or fulfilment company unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
Personalised and Custom-Made Products
Certain products may be personalised or made specifically to a customer's individual specifications.
Where a product is genuinely personalised or made to your individual specifications, the normal right to cancel simply because you have changed your mind may not apply.
This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or does not match what you ordered.
Products that are simply produced after an order is placed, but are not personalised or made to an individual customer's specifications, are not treated as personalised solely because they are produced on demand.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at orders@amerydesigns.com.
Please include:
• Your name
• Your order number
• A brief description of the problem
• Clear photographs showing the damage, fault or incorrect item where appropriate
We will investigate the problem and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund or another suitable solution.
You will not be required to pay return postage for goods that are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied where we are legally responsible for those costs.
Print-on-Demand Products
Some products sold by Amery Designs are manufactured and dispatched on our behalf by specialist print-on-demand and fulfilment partners.
If there is a manufacturing defect, printing problem, damage during delivery or an incorrect product has been supplied, please contact Amery Designs directly rather than the fulfilment company.
We remain your point of contact for resolving problems with your order.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Where you exercise a legal right to cancel an eligible order because you have changed your mind, you may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the product to the return address we provide, unless we tell you otherwise.
Goods remain your responsibility until they have been safely returned. We therefore recommend obtaining proof of postage.
Refunds
Once an eligible return has been received and checked, we will process any refund due to you.
Where you validly exercise a statutory right to cancel an eligible order, we will refund the payments required by applicable consumer law, including the cost of standard delivery where applicable.
If you selected a more expensive delivery method than our least expensive standard delivery option, any additional delivery cost may not be refundable.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Banks and payment providers may take additional time to credit the refund to your account after it has been processed.
Return Postage
If you are returning an eligible product because you have changed your mind, you will normally be responsible for the cost of returning it.
If the product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise not as described, we will deal with reasonable return costs in accordance with your statutory rights.

Items That Cannot Normally Be Returned for Change of Mind
Subject to applicable consumer law, certain products may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights, including:
• Products personalised specifically for you
• Products made to your individual specifications
• Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, where the relevant legal exception applies
• Other products excluded from cancellation rights by applicable consumer law
These exclusions do not remove your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
Delivery Problems
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us at orders@amerydesigns.com.
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
We will investigate missing or significantly delayed deliveries with the relevant fulfilment or delivery provider and work with you to resolve the problem.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund and Returns Policy is intended to limit or exclude rights that you have under applicable consumer protection law.
Where your statutory rights provide greater protection than this policy, your statutory rights will apply.
